Under the Labor Law: half a month's wage for each of the first five years and a month's wage for each year after, with parts of a year in proportion (Art. 84). On resignation: nothing under two years, a third from 2 to 5, two thirds from 5 to 10, in full after 10 years (Art. 85). Wage = basic plus fixed allowances. Platform rules used:
- Actual hourly wage
- —
- Basic hourly wage
- —
- Premium (50% of the basic hourly wage)
- —
- Pay per overtime hour
- —
Under Art. 107: an overtime hour = the actual hourly wage + 50% of the basic hourly wage. Hourly wage = monthly wage ÷ 30 days ÷ 8 hours.
Results are estimates for planning, based on the GOSI rates and Labor Law rules set in the platform. Special cases can differ (such as the rates for new contributors under the updated social insurance law, or what the contract says). Always check with GOSI and the Ministry of Human Resources.
